We had amazing burgers here! Yum!! I had a burger with no bun and the rosemary fries. I have Celiac Disease. We confirmed that all of their sides are GF (designated fryer). Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their food and preparation practices. My fries were hot and crispy, served with ketchup and mayonnaise packages. The caramelized onions on my burger were delicious. Bacon was tasty too. I don't love rosemary but the fries were not over-seasoned and I enjoyed them. My boyfriend had the GF bun on his double burger and said it was the best GF bun he has had since his diagnosis. We were both full and happy afterwards. This location is conveniently located right behind the tube stop. The ambiance is casual. Tables are close together. There are a couple of small tables outside. It was super busy when we stopped by for dinner, so instead of eating inside, we ordered on the app and got it to go. I don't order food for pickup usually but I felt confident doing so after discussing food preparation practices with the staff. I had no symptoms after eating here and I am super sensitive to gluten exposure. The one thing that bummed us out is that we couldn't substitute onion rings for the fries. Burgers come with fries. You can substitute other things like a salad for a charge but not the onion rings. We wanted to try the GF onion rings but we knew we would be full with a burger and fries each. Next time!

Honestly my family and I enjoyed this place. As an American who enjoys fast food, this was great. I liked the wings and chicken burger. My sister enjoyed the burger she had and my parents were vegetarian but yet they enjoyed the veggie burgers which was fantastic. Service was good, location was decent, I would say the fries could be better though, it was alright. Anyways, would definitely recommend it.

The place was packed with locals. A definite sign that this is a great place to eat. The burgers were delicious. The salad was excellent. Servers were friendly, courteous and efficient. We really enjoyed the meal. We would go back again, BUT we are from Minneapolis , MN USA and were only in London for 8 days.
Great food delicious food. We got the kids smash burger and grilled chicken sandwich with pesto. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful! We will be back next time we are in London!
We were still being super careful re:Covid when we visited London. So, we tended to gravitate toward restaurants that had some outdoor seating. We were at South Kensington station a lot, as it was the closest tube station to out AirBnB. We both ordered the Impossible burgers on both visits. This place does, in fact, offer an honest burger at a fair price. The fries (chips if you're not an American tourist looking for suggestions) were crispy, tasty, and salted just right. The bun was delish and the Impossible burger was perfectly cooked to my requested medium. Service was quick and friendly. If you notice a lineup at the door, don't pay it any mind. Tables turn over quickly.
It's a good greasy burger with American style fries. Service was incredibly slow. So so so slow.
